These terms describe the basic usage rules and responsibility boundaries that apply when you access the Trio Mate website, sign in, download the client, use model and tool capabilities provided by Trio Mate, use the Skill Store, the user center, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By visiting the Trio Mate website, signing in, downloading the client, or continuing to use related services, you agree to these terms and any other rules published on the website.

If you use Trio Mate on behalf of a company or team, you are responsible for ensuring you have the required authorization.

2. Services

Trio Mate provides website content, account sign-in, the user center, the Skill Store, release downloads, update information, and software capabilities related to an AI collaboration workbench.

Available features may vary depending on operating system, app version, network conditions, Trio Mate model service scheduling, enterprise contract terms, and the availability of third-party services.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You must not use Trio Mate for unlawful activity, infringement, security attacks, or interference with normal operations.
  • You must not bypass authorization limits, probe interfaces maliciously, inject malware, or otherwise harm the website, client, or third-party services.
  • When using model capabilities provided by Trio Mate, messaging channels, browser automation, or file-processing capabilities, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and proper authorization.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your prompts, data inputs, uploaded materials, feedback or diagnostic information, skills configuration, external integrations, automation instructions, and resulting outputs.
  • You must safeguard the accounts, credentials, keys, local files, and runtime directories in your own environment.
  • You are responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information, insufficient authorization, or improper operation on your side.

5. Intellectual Property

The Trio Mate website, client software, trademarks, branding, documents, and related content are owned by their respective rights holders.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use website content beyond what is allowed by law.

6. Changes and Interruptions

We may upgrade, adjust, limit, or discontinue parts of the service due to product evolution, security governance, compliance requirements, or third-party dependency changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or expected benefits arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
